- 11-cis-retinyl palmitate + H2O 11-cis-retinol + palmitate
This enzyme belongs to the family of hydrolases, specifically those acting on carboxylic ester bonds. The systematic name is 11-cis-retinyl-palmitate acylhydrolase.
