Cefatrizine is a first generation broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic[1] that was developed in the 1970's by GSK plc.[2] It was sold commercially by Bristol Myers Squibb in France as Cefaperos[3][4] and in Pakistan as Zanitrin,[4][5] though the subject of some clinical trials in the United States,[6] it was never brought to market there.
