Soyuz MS-14 is a Soyuz spaceflight planned for November 2019.[1] It will transport three members of the Expedition 61 crew to the International Space Station. MS-14 will be the 143rd flight of a Soyuz spacecraft. The crew will consist of a Russian commander, and a Russian and American flight engineer.
