Chemistry:10-Hydroxy-THC

From HandWiki

10-Hydroxy-THC (10α-OH-Δ8-THC) is a phytocannabinoid, identified in trace amounts as a component of Cannabis sativa in 2015. It has two epimers, 10α-THC and 10β-THC, of which the α epimer is the pharmacologically active component with similar or slightly higher potency compared to THC itself, while the β epimer is around 100x weaker in vitro and only partially substituted for THC in animal tests.[1] It can also be made synthetically, and has been sold as a designer drug.
