Short description: Protein-coding gene in the species Homo sapiens

A representation of the 3D structure of the protein myoglobin showing turquoise α-helices.
Generic protein structure example

HMG-box transcription factor 1, also known as HBP1, is a human protein.[1]

Interactions

HBP1 has been shown to interact with SIN3A[2] and Retinoblastoma protein.[3]
